Class Description
Salsa Foundation, Level 1
An “On 1” class that focuses on mastering the basic step together with turns, footwork, ladies’ and gentlemen’s styling and basic partnerwork. No previous experience or partner necessary, just positive attitude and a desire to be great!
Bachata Foundation, Level 1
This sizzling bachata class requires no previous experience. It teaches you to go beyond the basic step with sexy styling, turns, footwork and partnerwork. Let yourself stand out from the crowd!
Performance Training Team, Level 3
Are you a dance fanatic that would love to go from “really good” to “amazing”? If you happen to have that passion for the art of dancing and are an outgoing, positive and dedicated individual, then come join our team! We are looking for experienced dancers ready to take on a challenge and master extraordinary choreography to be performed in front of an audience. Mambo Foundation, Level 1
Learn what dancing “On 2” is really about. This class covers the fundamentals and beyond. You do not need a partner or previous experience. You will be trained in maintaining rhythm and timing together with turns, styling, footwork and basic and fun combinations. Ladies, master the art of following. Gentlemen, become a great lead.
Cha-cha Foundation, Level 1
Learn to glide on the dance floor in this class that covers the fundamentals and extras that are guaranteed to make you stand out! You will practice styling together with interesting footwork and combinations. No previous experience or partner necessary.
Salsa Addict, Level 2
Bring your salsa skills to the next level! This class is geared towards perfecting ladies’ following and gents’ leading skills. Learn to incorporate intricate footwork and combinations into your dance routine. Discover your own creative side in dancing and get ready to wow the crowd.
Ladies’ Styling Class Foundation, Level 1
Ladies, add spice to your dancing with amazing styling ideas. This class focuses on bringing out your sexiness on the dance floor with stunning arm, shoulders and hip movements. Learn styling techniques like head whips and body rolls and incorporate them into your dancing. Men are welcome to join this class.
MamboHolic, Level 2
If you feel like you have mastered the whole idea behind dancing “On 2” then challenge yourself further in this level 2 class. You will learn how to be creative with your shines and partnerwork. Previous experience required together with a strong desire to grow as a dancer.
Cha-Cha Crazy, Level 2
Build on your knowledge and experience in this fun-packed class. It will give you an opportunity and the confidence to become creative with your cha-cha moves and start owning the dance like never before. Partnerwork will be taken to the next level together with footwork and styling.
Latin Dance Club Style Foundation, Level 1
If your busy life only lets you take one class per week, then this class was designed for you. It covers the fundamentals of all Latin dances. You will be learning the basics and beyond including styling and fun and interesting combinations. Get ready for the dance floor in no time!
Ladies’ Styling So Sexy, Level 2
If you’ve gotten used to the idea of styling and want a challenge that will make you look even sexier on the dance floor, then this is a class for you. Designed to bring out your absolute best moves with confidence, this class will teach you sizzling body movements and intricate footwork. Compliments and attention on the dance floor guaranteed!
Super Sexy Bachata, Level 2
This class isn’t just sexy; it’s super sexy! With styling, footwork and fabulous partnerwork, it will turn heads on the dance floor. No partner required, just your desire to shine.
Argentine Tango Foundation, All Levels
If walking is not foreign to you then you already know the basics of Argentine Tango. The only difference is that you will be walking in an embrace to the nostalgic sound of bandoneón. Give this class a try and learn how to emit a wide range of emotions through unique movement. Ladies will be trained in flawless following and gentlemen in leading. Be ready to join milongas in no time!
Cumbia Foundation, All Levels
Learn to dance to popular Colombian and Mexican music. This class will focus on partnerwork including interesting turn combinations. The high energy of cumbia is guaranteed to lift your spirits and give you a good workout at the same time.
Wedding & Black Tie Event Foundation, Level 1
Get yourself acquainted with ballroom and formal event dances in this fun and exciting class. You will learn the basic steps together with turns and interesting combinations. This is a perfect class for couples getting ready for the big day as well as for wedding attendees.
We offer Foundation (Level 1) classes and more advanced (Level 2) classes. A Foundation class breaks down the basics. We learn about timing, rhythm, and musicality. We work on mastering the basic step, single and double turns, combinations, styling and proper leading and following techniques. Foundation classes are meant to develop good practices and habits for social dancing. We highly recommend repeating Foundation classes several times before moving on to the next level. Each session introduces new combinations allowing returning students to build on their knowledge.
Level 2 classes focus on more complex combinations, footwork and sultry styling for both ladies and gentlemen. These are more fast-paced classes offering a variety of steps and body movements intended to bring out the dancers’ confidence on the dance floor and tap into their creative side. Every new session of level 2 classes teaches new steps and combinations and all experienced dancers are urged to repeat these courses in order to continue their education.
Performance Team, Level 3 is intended for experienced students interested in taking their social dancing skills to another level. We see this as an incredible opportunity for our students to set their goals high and work towards becoming a part of our Dance Company. Our dancers learn to master different choreographed dances including salsa, mambo, bachata, cha-cha and tango to be performed or showcased. We perceive the Dance Team as an apprenticeship program where students get prepared to teach in the future, if they so choose. Please inquire about the Team, if you are interested in joining us.
